Toddler Time Inc, began in 1989, as a small child care facility within the Otterbein home community in Lebanon. Some of the first children we began to take care of were through protective services and respite care as well as typical families. These children and families were struggling with family issues, abuse, or neglect. These types of families were not our intention but quickly became our passion and heart.

In 1995, we opened our current location in Maineville. Over the years we have seen many changes in the community, as well as the family dynamics of the children we care for. In early 2015 we entered into partnership with Warren County Community Services to provide Early Head Start Services to the children in our community. Early Head Start services would benefit all the children we serve but focus on Infants through the age of 3. We provide or connect families to a wide range of services such as physical development assessments, interventions, mental health services, and family groups, all while making sure that their basic needs such as diapers, food, and clothing, are being met in a loving, caring, enriching daily environment. Each month we send families home with a book to share with their children and a list of activities they can do with them. We offer family education on a wide range of topics throughout the year including health, education, and nutrition, as well as information on community events. We currently serve 63 families, 10 families receiving services through Early Head Start, 21 children who receive child care assistance through Warren County Human Services, as well as 6 children who are through Foster Care families from Warren, Hamilton, and Butler counties.

In 2009, the Little Miami School District found itself in a financial crisis and were forced to limit bus services to the families in our community. This placed the families in desperate need for care for their children before and after school as well as a place for their children to receive bus services to and from school. In August of that year, we were given the privilege of operating a program in the school facilities to ease this burden to the families. Today, our enrollment is approximately 100 children. We have families with all kinds of needs. Our focus is to give the families a safe, positive, supportive environment for their children to engage in activities, have a healthy snack, get help with homework.
